Overview

At IBM, the design problem space was defined by complexity, scale, and consequence. The products I worked on supported professionals operating inside dense data environments where interface clarity directly impacted decision quality.

My focus was translating deeply technical system outputs into usable, trustworthy experiences that reduced training overhead and improved user confidence. This required designing interfaces that communicated system state, data reliability, and operational impact without overwhelming users.

This environment shaped my long-term approach to enterprise UX: clarity is not aesthetic—it is operational infrastructure.
